I have always had a deep love for Santa. The first time to don a suit was when I was quite small. Someone had given me a red jacket in the fall and at Christmas, my grandmother helped me make a paper beard with cotton balls. She had a cheap red Santa hat and taped cotton balls onto my jacket so that I could be Santa on Christmas Eve handing out the gifts under her tree to all my family. I was hooked! I loved everything about Christmas! From decorating trees, to hanging beautiful lights, to the greenery and specials food we only saw during the Christmas season. For many years, my wife and I have talked about investing in my own suit and learning to be Santa professionally. We have rented suits for events starting in 2015 and always enjoyed the experience, but decided in 2021 to take it to a new level. Santa Dave is a member of the Worldwide Santa Claus Network and has completed their coursework. He is also a member of the International Brotherhood of Real Bearded Santas, Fraternal Order of Real Beard Santas, and the Santa Claus Workshop. Santa Dave and Mrs. Claus have also graduated with an Associate of Arts in SantaClausology from International University of Santa Claus. Mrs. Claus will be available in 2023 as well!
